Casa Ocean View is part of the final construction phase of the prestigious Costa Ancor project in Casilla de Costa, completed at the end of 2023. Our fully equipped holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for 2 adults and 1 baby. The living space features a fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
Additionally, there is a dining area and a seating area, while a spacious built-in wardrobe can be found in the hallway for all your belongings. The hallway leads to a storage room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200). We provide bedding and towels for both the bathroom and the pool or beach. But that's not all!
The terrace is the ideal place to relax in the shade or enjoy a meal amidst the serene surroundings. However, the real gem of our property is the private rooftop terrace, where you can bask in the sun and revel in breathtaking 365-degree views all day long. Feast your eyes on the panoramic vistas of Villaverde, Lajares, Corralejo, majestic volcanoes, expansive plains, and, on clear days, the glistening ocean and a mesmerizing glimpse of Lanzarote.
As if that weren't enough, you'll also have access to the exquisite gardens and the communal pool, providing the perfect settings for unwinding and soaking up the island's tranquility.
